YouTuber and former NASA engineer Mark Rober has revealed a new philanthropic campaign with fellow YouTube star Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson. The duo, known for their successful Team Trees and Team Seas initiatives that raised $20 million and $30 million respectively, is now planning their third major project.
Set to launch this summer, the new campaign aims to raise $40 million to help those in real need. With both creators focused on making a significant impact, this upcoming initiative promises to be their most ambitious yet.

Asmongold Calls Twitch "Irrelevant," Plans to Multi-Stream
Asmongold plans to start multistreaming on platforms like YouTube, believing Twitch streams are “kind of irrelevant.” With over 3.6 million followers on his main Twitch channel and 2.1 million on his alt, Zackrawrr, he sees multistreaming as a way to reach more viewers.
Since Twitch lifted its ban on multistreaming, many streamers have expanded to other platforms, and Asmongold is following suit. “I have considered multi-streaming strongly, and I think that I probably will start,” he shared. His main focus, however, is growing on YouTube. "What I really care about is YouTube and doing well on YouTube," he explained.

Level-5 CEO Says 90% of Games Are Made by AI
Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino, best known for the Ni no Kuni series, says AI now plays a massive role in game development—claiming that up to 90% of games are made using AI tools. In a recent interview with Famitsu, Hino noted that most of the code is now generated by AI, with human developers stepping in to refine and finalize it.
Despite concerns about creativity being overtaken, Hino believes the future lies in balancing AI efficiency with human creativity. Developers, he says, will need to embrace the tech while still applying an “aesthetic sense” to ensure quality and originality don’t get lost in automation.

Twitch Subs Just Got Cheaper — With a Catch
Twitch has rolled out a new feature that makes channel subscriptions cheaper—if viewers can ride the hype high enough. Called Treasure Trains, the feature activates when a Hype Train hits Level 5, rewarding the community with discounts on gifted subs.
Once triggered, viewers can get 35% off when purchasing five or more Tier 1 single-month gift subscriptions. It’s the latest way Twitch is trying to boost engagement while giving fans a more affordable way to support their favorite streamers.
