New Rumor Claims Sony Is Working On "Portable" PS6
The PlayStation 5, which launched in November 2020, quickly gained a massive following, and the PS5 Pro, released in 2024, further boosted Sony's lineup. With fans eagerly anticipating the next-generation console, new leaks from ShiinaBR have revealed some details about the PlayStation 6, expected to release in late 2027 or early 2028.
According to ShiinaBR, the PS6 will include both a standard console and a portable version. The portable model will likely launch after the main console and be less powerful, possibly on par with the Steam Deck. While specifics remain unclear, it’s shaping up to be an exciting addition for gaming on the go.

X's DM Feature Is Getting Rebranded as 'XChat'
Elon Musk’s transformation of Twitter into X continues, with Direct Messages set to be replaced by a new feature called XChat. Leaks from X employees and researchers suggest the DM tab will soon be removed entirely, as confirmed by engineer Zach Warunek, who stated the change was coming soon.
XChat, currently being tested internally, aims to compete with WhatsApp, offering features like encrypted messaging, file sharing, disappearing messages, message deletion for everyone, and eventually voice messages. Scientists Find Signs of Life on a Distant Planet
Astronomers have detected promising signs of life on exoplanet K2-18b, 124 light-years away. Using the James Webb Space Telescope, they found chemical markers suggesting dimethyl sulfide (DMS) and possibly dimethyl disulfide (DMDS), both linked to microbial life on Earth. However, experts remain cautious and haven’t confirmed life beyond our planet.
K2-18b is a potential "Hycean" world with liquid water and a hydrogen-rich atmosphere, making it a strong candidate for habitability. Positioned in the habitable zone of its star, the planet seems ideal for liquid water. The discovery of sulfur-based gases supports earlier predictions, sparking excitement about life-filled oceans—though more research is needed.

KFC Introduces Fried Chicken-Flavored Toothpaste
KFC has launched a chicken-flavored toothpaste in collaboration with Australian brand Hismile, turning its "finger lickin’ good" slogan into a real product. Announced on April 1, it quickly stood out amidst a sea of April Fools’ jokes, with KFC confirming, “Not a prank. It’s here. And it’s Finger Lickin’ Good.”
The $13 toothpaste promises to deliver the taste of KFC’s Original Recipe chicken while offering “long-lasting health benefits.” Alongside it, Hismile released a $59 KFC-branded electric toothbrush. The toothpaste sold out within 48 hours, with Hismile calling it one of their most successful limited-run collaborations to date. If you missed it, maybe stick to regular toothpaste—unless you're craving something extra bold.
