xQc Accuses Adept of Demanding $10 Million Settlement and Filing Another Lawsuit Against Him

Twitch and Kick streamer xQc has claimed that his ex-partner, Adept, is suing him again in California and is demanding a $10 million settlement. This marks yet another chapter in their ongoing legal saga since the end of their relationship.

The former couple has faced a series of legal disputes over the past year, including divorce proceedings, allegations of sexual assault, and disagreements over car ownership. Their contentious split has led to multiple lawsuits, each adding to the complexity of their situation.

During his Twitch stream on October 20, 2024, xQc shared the news about the new lawsuit. He revealed that the claims are “exactly the same” as those made in a previous suit, asserting that the eight accusations in the new filing mirror those he had already faced.

Expressing his frustration, xQc stated, “I had a mini-meeting with my agents… Apparently, I’m getting sued again…but in California instead. Like, oh, god! Man, I don’t know what to say anymore.” He described the situation as “sad” and questioned the legal system's role in allowing such recurring disputes.

In the same stream, xQc emphasized that he had previously won in court against each claim in the new lawsuit, labeling the accusations as “outrageous.” Since their breakup in 2022, the legal battles between xQc and Adept have persisted, with a $500,000 lawsuit from Adept being dismissed in September 2024.
